actOpus, established in 2001 was originally named Act Holding BV. In 2005, the activities were rebranded actOpus. In 2013, the brand actOpus was moved to our subsidiary Mercari Ventures BV.

In june 2019, actOpus was expedited from Mercari Ventures BV and since then functions as an independent software company. Besides plugins for NopCommerce, actOpus is the major developer of plugins for NopFinance Accounting software (over 70 plugins)

We specialize in the development of independent financial and ERP software as well as plugins for NopCommerce, NopFinance, bol.com and Admarkt. 

Customers of actOpus are found mainly in Europe.

actOpus is a contraction of the verb 'act' and the noun 'Opus'.
